Strikepoint Media was founded in 2013 and has quickly grown into a leader in the digital marketing industry, with more than $750 million in revenue generated for their clients. With clients all over the globe, they specialize in media buying, lead generation, funnel building, website design, and development. OVERVIEW

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and close-out reporting of projects in collaboration with the Account Manager and Marketing Manager of each of their accounts, and under the supervision of the Head of Project Management.

The Project Manager is involved with every phase of a project and responsible for clarifying requirements; managing timelines and budgets; maintaining open communication with all team members and eliminating silos of information; collaborating to find solutions when issues arise; and helping to ensure we deliver results that meet our clients’ objectives.

Once a commitment has been established between a client and Strikepoint Media, the Project Manager will work closely with the Account Manager, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Operations Manager to develop the scope of work and budget, as well as a detailed timeline and plan for execution.

The Project Manager is responsible for creating a project plan and building each project in our project management system, Teamwork Projects, as well as organizing kickoff meetings, providing frequent project updates to internal and external stakeholders, and close-out reports to reflect on what went well and what needs to be improved in the future.

This position requires the ability to coordinate multiple projects each with its own team of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, excessively organized, self-motivated, can multi-task efficiently, and is an open, yet tactful communicator.

  • Develop project plans and work with project teams to execute plans
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of project teams and ensure work is progressing as planned

  • Manage resource assignments to the project, and proactively identify resource challenges
  • Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
  • Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs
  • Assist the Account Manager in managing client expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest quality service, and soliciting and acting on client feedback
  • Communicate and document project status to clients, team members, and management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels
  • Recap and create debriefs for every completed project; facilitate discussions on lessons learned and new knowledge gained; document properly and share
