Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic, persistent, critical thinker to help rapidly expand the JustAnswer affiliate program. We offer a generous commission program, allowing proven performers to be well compensated. This would be a full-time role with the option to work fully remote.

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for the following duties:

• Actively recruit new affiliates through multiple prospecting efforts, and deliver to a monthly quota
• Build & maintain accurate affiliate pipeline in CRM
• Pitch JustAnswer affiliate program to prospective affiliates within an assigned vertical
• Negotiate deals on a Revenue Share basis (CPA) that will improve the company’s ROAS
• Close deals that will contribute revenue towards quarterly goals
• Assist in the expansion of the JustAnswer affiliate program by contributing creative ideas, suggestions and affiliate insights

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office proficiency(especially Excel)
• 1- 3 years of internet marketing/sales experience (affiliate preferred)
• Strong organizational& communication skills
• This person will be a part of a remote team, so candidate will need to be very self-motivated!

Preferred:

• Experience selling revenue share partnerships
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce, PipelineDeals, ) & affiliate platforms (HasOffers, Affiliate Window, Commission Junction, Rakuten, etc.)
• Experience executing contract negotiations and working closely with finance teams
• Experience communicating with affiliates/partners to grow & maintain performance
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and SEO
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adwords
