Product Manager - Travel Technology at Ensemble Travel

This role is responsible for the development and management of B2B and B2C, third party and integrated travel sales technologies. You will work closely with internal and external customers to determine the needs and requirements of a fully realized portfolio of agency and advisor tools. In this position, you will carry out the following responsibilities:

• Be the Product and Subject Matter expert for a portfolio of travel technologies designed to support Agency and Advisor operations and sales needs.
• Manage the relationship and the strategy of engagement with third party travel technology partners.
• Use data and customer research towards recommending and designing products and features that promote growth and value in the travel technology portfolio.
• Specify and oversee the research required to determine the needs and desires of customer segments.
• Work closely with Marketing and Implementations to define product marketing communications, content and objectives.
• Work with reporting and management to design analyses on product ROI, responding to questions and requests from stakeholders.
• Compare company products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market.  
• Work closely with stakeholders and third-party partners to coordinate the review and deployment of release and production schedules to maintain product availability.
• Work with appropriate stakeholders and Implementations to determine deployment timing and business process.
• Work with appropriate stakeholders and Implementations to identify configuration and integration needs in Agency customization. 
• Evaluate and identify configurations that supports customer business process and goals. Support configuration of business requirements and features.
• Test and troubleshoot system(s) for final release and acceptance. Work with Implementations and the Agency to implement changes and final testing.
• Provide internal and external training content and administrator support on the travel technology portfolio.
• May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations and/or aid in scoping projects.
• Work with Implementations to identify and apply metrics to track the adoption and customer satisfaction of deployed technologies.
