What you’ll do at Jamf:At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Program Manager, Corporate Integrations supports the successful execution of M&A lifecycle activities. An ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with project managers and key corporate development, legal, PMO, and product strategy leaders to identify opportunities to improve M&A program, project methodologies, tooling, and playbooks. The role requires an action-oriented individual comfortable rolling up their sleeves to directly support workstreams and functional teams, while also providing strategic guidance and reporting to senior leadership.Responsibilities
- Lead the program-level execution of M&A integrations in partnership with Corporate Development, functional area leads, and other key stakeholders
- Influence and guide internal resources and external partners to remove roadblocks and maintain a sense of urgency
- Maintain integration team focus on key imperatives and value-drivers in alignment with underlying deal thesis
- Mentor a team of project specialists and/or project managers focused on M&A delivery
- Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including external counterparts, along with firm understanding of organization structure and key business processes
- Maintain M&A integration playbooks, project plan templates, RACI charts, and other artifacts to enable scalable M&A operations
- Oversight and light administration of M&A solutions and collaboration tools including data rooms, pipeline management systems, and project/portfolio management systems
- Ensure effective restrictions and confidentiality processes are documented, communicated, and practiced based on guidance from legal & corporate development.
- Manage access to collaboration resources, decision logs, project plans, and other documentation as required by integration teams, including expanding access at appropriate stages within the integration lifecycle in alignment with confidentiality guidelines
- In collaboration with Business Operations Enablement, create training resources to support integration teams with effective use of tools and adherence to processes
- Collaborate with Corporate Development, Product Strategy, and PMO leadership on pipeline review, roadmaps and forecasting, integration complexity evaluations, process alignment, and M&A strategy refinement.
- Prepare M&A program projects for intake and prioritization exercises
- Report on functional teams and cross-functional workstreams’ performance against plans, including consolidated scorecards, status reports, and updates to executive leadership
- Maintain effective reporting and communication frameworks to support clear visibility into track/team progress, key decisions, timelines, and status of dependencies/blockers.
- Manage program-level risks and issues, including reporting and response/mitigation plans
- Monitor, lead and contribute to continuous improvement activities including facilitating retrospectives, feedback surveys, and updates to documentation and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve speed, consistency, and delivery throughout the integration process
Skills & Requirements
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (required)
- A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
- MBA (preferred)
- PMP, CAPM, CPMI, or other industry certifications (highly preferred)
- Proven experience leading and supporting global merger or acquisition integrations in a program or project related role within the SaaS industry (Required)
- Strong executive presence and ability to motivate, influence, and effectively lead teams at all levels within the organization
- Ability to maintain discrete and firm adherence to confidentiality guidelines, rules of engagement, process, and documented roles & responsibilities
- Ability to adapt processes to support efforts varying from small IP deals to large scale transformational initiatives
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple integrations concurrently
- 5-7 years applicable work experience in the program or project management discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
