
Publisher Development Manager – Affiliate, Influencer Marketing at BrandCycle
PUBLISHER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
BrandCycle Inc., a premium sub-affiliate/influencer platform, is looking to hire a Publisher Development Manager to join our growing start-up for a 100% remote position (this position will continue to be remote in a post-COVID world). The Publisher Development Manager will be responsible for supporting publisher and platform growth and will be the key point person for all publisher communications and activities. This person will be a key decision-maker in all publisher-facing initiatives, opportunities, and decisions. Top Job Responsibilities:
- Publisher Management: This role is responsible for creating and cultivating trusted relationships with publishers and serves as the day-to-day contact for any and all publisher communications, questions, and compliance. This role identifies new partnership opportunities, areas of optimization to drive revenue growth and facilitates relationships between publishers and brands.
- Publisher Recruitment: This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of BrandCycle’s publisher recruitment efforts including, but not limited to CRM management, list building, social media ads, and more. This role is responsible for onboarding and training all new publishers.
- BrandCycle Premium: This role is fully responsible for the strategy, execution, and growth of BrandCycle’s VIP publisher program, BrandCycle Premium and develops meaningful relationships with all publishers that are a part of the program. This role assists with link building, deal pulling, editorial calendar management, qualifications, payouts, and more.
- Publisher Communication & Social Media Management: This role is responsible for managing all publisher communications. This includes, but is not limited to our email marketing channel (Mailchimp) and our internal publisher Facebook group. This person will also be responsible for creating and managing BrandCycle’s public-facing social media channels and frequently interacting with our community.
- Influencer Campaigns: This role is responsible for working closely with our VP of Platform Partnerships to strategize and execute all influencer campaigns and paid placement opportunities. This work includes, but is not limited to deck creation, campaign recruitment, product giveaways, wrap reports, and more.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in affiliate/influencer marketing
- Strong track record of building and cultivating relationships with publishers/influencers
- Extensive knowledge of the affiliate marketing/influencer landscape
- Highly proficient at using Facebook and Instagram
- Is comfortable with new and emerging social media platforms and tools
- Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven excellence in exceeding revenue goals
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and people skills
- Experience with Mailchimp, a plus
- Knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten, etc.), a big plus
- Experience with other digital marketing channels, sales, and/or business development experience, a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
