Job Description
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our remote team at HigherMe and shape our revenue operations functions from scratch. You will be working with our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams, as well as leadership, to improve our internal operational efficiency and success.
**Who are you?**
- You love mapping out workflows, breaking things down to the lowest level of detail and coming up with new ideas on how we can do things better
- You’re a great observer and listener who enjoys working with people. You take pride in designing systems that save people’s time and enhance their experience
- You like to work cross-functionally (this role will touch almost all parts of our company), and have a vision for how the entire revenue tools system should be structured
- You love to tinker with new systems you haven’t worked with before and are very technically inclined
**Example Projects:**
Operations (50%)
- Configure Hubspot for the sales, marketing and customer success team
- Map out tags and taxonomy for customer support tickets to track and analyze reasons for churn
- Draft the framework and track health score for current clients
- Use Retool and Zapier to build internal automation tools
Data and Insights (50%)
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards, make sure the data is accurate and reliable
- Understand our data warehouse and architecture. Work with engineering to integrate new data sources and create clear documentation on data flow and naming conventions
- Foster a data-driven culture across the company by helping us understand and use data to create a better experience for our team and customers
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years work experience in growth or operations roles
- Excellent SQL skills, able to create charts/reports/dashboards in minutes
- Know how to code (even just a little), so that you can poke around APIs and documentations. You should feel at ease hacking together solutions with Google Sheets, Airtable, Zapier, and a few lines of Javascript/Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating technical concepts to high level stakeholders
- Experience with Hubspot (or other CRM) and Zendesk (or other support systems)
**Nice to Have:**
- Previous experience in HR tech or SaaS startup
- Previous experience managing retail/hospitality/hourly employees
