Title: Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Alliances

Location: Remote – USA

HubSpot has partnered with strategic alliances like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Canva, and others to create deep integrations with the HubSpot CRM that enable customers to grow better.

Today, the Strategic Alliances Marketing team creates marketing and sales enablement materials that bring awareness to our integrations and strategic partnerships, and helps our customers use them to the best of their ability. We are looking to add a marketing manager on this team to own and execute on the product marketing strategy for all strategic partner integrations at HubSpot.

In this highly impactful role, you will lead the messaging, value proposition and go-to-market strategy for strategic integrations. You must be comfortable and confident with evangelizing the strategic integrations across internal and external audiences. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact across the company by leading the product messaging for all HubSpot built multi-hub strategic integrations, and will help us deepen our strategic alliance relationships.

We’re looking for an experienced product and partner marketer. A driver; with a strong owner’s mindset and demonstrated ability in driving product launches and go-to-market strategies. A story-teller; who is able to tell authentic and relatable stories. An Operator; who is adept at building and maintaining lasting relationships both internally across product, strategic partnerships and marketing, and externally, with our key strategic alliances.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Report to and partner with the Team Manager for Strategic Alliances Marketing to drive the end-to-end product marketing strategy for strategic integrations.
  • Own the value proposition, positioning, messaging, customer persona and use cases.
  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy, sales enablement and playbooks for new product launches and product refreshes.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the sales funnel, personas, use cases, competitive landscape to inform campaigns, and marketing asset development.
  • Be the product expert, evangelist and advocate of the strategic integrations across internal and external audiences. Present the hub at key events and conferences.
  • Produce compelling content that communicates the unique capabilities of each strategic integration with HubSpot. Content can include case studies, sales readiness kits, playbooks, pitch decks, feature decks, product videos, web copy, white papers, demos and more.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have strong project management skills.
  • Excel at building relationships inside and outside of HubSpot.
  • Experienced in product marketing; having led product portfolios, messaging, value props and positioning.
  • Are savvy at relationship-building.
  • Have a track record of launching and executing successful and impactful go-to-market launches.
  • Are a skilled storyteller and customer-centric in your approach to marketing.
  • Have worked in highly cross-functional teams, and have demonstrated accomplishments which showcase your ability to partner with different teams across the company.
  • Have strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Are a compelling communicator, comfortable presenting to executives as well as internal and external audiences, with excellent writing skills.
  • An owner’s mindset; with high personal accountability – able to work independently to drive projects and initiatives, and understand and anticipate the needs of your portfolio.
