As a SEO Analyst you will:

• Monitor search engine optimization (SEO) results, analyze website metrics, and optimize HTML to improve the ranking and quality of organic search results.
• Work to increase traffic and continually optimize the website in order to rank in the organic / non-paid search engine results pages.
• Provide search result reports, identify solutions, and recommend best practices on a variety of issues to improve search ranking, including Web content, keyword target lists, page layout, design, linking, and overall site structure.
• Work to get trust and authority signals from other websites by building high-quality backlinks to site.
• Ensure search engines can crawl and index all of the pages on your website, make sure pages load quickly and that site architecture is set up correctly.
• Career-development professional within field.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in SEO roles with increasing responsibilities
• Conducts work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Extensive track record of proven success in SEO marketing and experience using SEO tools
• Technically proficient in all components of SEO
• Curiosity and natural energy to want to move the needle faster
• Thrive in a dynamic work environment where active, hands-on management is the norm and plans are often adjusted to take advantage of new opportunities
• Self-directed and collaborative person who knows how to prioritize tasks and get them done
• Impeccable organization skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
