Candidate Location

IZEA’s workforce is currently 100% remote, and the ideal candidate thrives with the freedom and flexibility this structure provides.

Overview

We’re looking for someone who is well-versed in all things social media. You’re passionate about the industry and keep up with the latest social media trends, tools and features. You have a knack for conveying brand voice while keeping things fresh and fun. A qualified candidate should have the ability to record themselves and clearly communicate concepts.

Essential Functions

• Assist Senior Director, Content in rolling out social media strategy and planning content calendars.
• Produce social video (reels, TikTok, etc.) and static content with the help of IZEA creative services team and publish to social channels.
• Own community management on social media channels.
• Handle funneling leads, inquiries and support requests to IZEA sales, support and client success teams.
• Find opportunities to engage with communities of marketers and influencers on social media.
• Monitor KPIs and develop performance reports.

Experience, Qualifications & Requirements

• Deep understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing, content development and analytics.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field and/or 2-4 years experience in social media marketing
• B2B & SaaS experience is a plus.
• Social media design and use of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
