True Fit is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team. True Fit is 100% remote, so you can work from almost anywhere!

True Fit is looking for a talented consumer-focused Designer to work full time with our distributed team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our product management and creative team members to develop new and improved experiences for our shopper-facing products available on online retail sites for world class leading retailers.

True Fit has built a membership network of tens of millions of shoppers who build profiles to leverage our Size & Fit technology that is a hosted user experience which retailers implement on their e-commerce sites and mobile apps. Through our customers and other unique partnerships, True Fit is helping to define the future of shopping.

In this role, you will lead user research to understand our customer’s problems, analyze product requirements, uncover consumer pain points, and explore potential opportunities all with an eye to imagine and develop experiences that will inspire and delight consumers. You will create journey maps, flow diagrams, UX prototypes and help define & pitch solutions directly to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Breathe life into the product vision with a user-centered design approach by:
    • Performing user research studies with end consumers and retail partners
    • Brainstorming, conceiving and sketching product features and functionality
    • Wireframing and prototyping newly developed user experiences
    • Rapidly testing and iterating on concepts
  • Work with internal stakeholders from across the organization to understand near term and long term business goals & objectives
  • Manage a variety of design projects, from small, tactical product improvements to large initiatives
  • Communicate findings and decisions through presentations and written reports

Requirements:

  • You have a minimum of 2-4 years work experience in user research, UX design, UI design and usability testing for a consumer-facing application
  • You have experience designing for both desktop and mobile applications
  • You are proficient in Figma, Sketch, Invision and Adobe CC
  • You stay up-to-date on current design trends, themes and technologies
  • You create simple, beautiful solutions and have examples in your portfolio
  • You are self-motivated and work well with others
