We have an exciting opportunity for a design professional to join our growing marketing team. At PetHonesty, we’re on a mission to make pets healthier and owners happier. We truly believe that life is better with a pet around!

PetHonesty is a fast-growth, leading e-commerce brand focused on pet health/nutrition; we’re passionate about serving our customers and their fur babies. Our goal is to help 10 million pets by 2024!

Reporting to the Senior Designer, this position will be responsible for helping us frame the PetHonesty story and how we visually communicate it to the world. This designer will help with all aspects of multi-channel communication design including advertising, social media, email, print, display, labels, packaging, OOH, website, and marketing materials, across PetHonesty.com, Amazon & Chewy.

How you’ll contribute to PetHonesty’s success:

  • Collaborate with a team of designers.
  • Concept and execute new campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • You’ll help with all aspects of multi-channel communication design including social media, email, print, display, OOH, website, product labels, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide strategic thoughts around the best creative ideas.
  • You will help to create design systems that allow the marketing team to scale and ship creative quickly, reliably and without compromising the brand’s look and feel.
  • Quickly iterate on best performing ad creative to optimize performance marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to conceptualize major and minor changes to marketing assets that will have a large impact on performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar.
  • 1-2 years experience in graphic design.
  • Be able to take a project from ideation to completion.
  • Strong, clean visual design sense in typography, graphic design, and content design.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of After Effects and XD a plus.
  • Customer first mentality.
  • Willingness to test and always coming up with new ideas to improve performance.
  • Must have a design portfolio to apply.
